Shipping

The production of all our Made-to-Order garments takes between 7 - 10 working days. For a personalised experience we'll keep you updated on every step. If you need your item by a specific date, we can often accommodate a quicker turnaround. Please email us at contact@lorebuta.com to discuss custom timelines.

Once your item is ready to be shipped you will be emailed with your tracking number. All items are sent using DHL Express and Royal Mail tracked and signed. All orders are shipped from the UK.

The below delivery times are estimates, if you experience trouble with your delivery, please contact us at contact@lorebuta.com and we will try our hardest to respond within 24 hours.

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

Duties & taxes: International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all relevant import taxes and duties are accounted for by Lore Buta.

US shipping: we only ship orders under 1000 USD. If your order is over 1000 USD please contact us before placing the order.

Currently, we offer shipping to the UK, Europe and United States. If you require delivery to a country not listed, please contact us to discuss how we can accommodate your request.

Returns 

All purchases are final.

Our garments are Made-to-Order in London with the highest attention to detail. Due to the nature of our production process, we cannot accept returns. We adhere to the values of the slow fashion movement and mindful consumption, ensuring each of our garments is carefully crafted just for you.
