Returns

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will then have a further 7 days following your request to return unsuitable items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (without any make up or parfum), unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return send us a message at contact@lorebuta.com with the subject Return, sharing your order number and contact details.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address. It's your responsibility to engage a courier, pay for the delivery and any necessary taxes. We recommend posting it with signature and confirmation for delivery.

From the moment we receive your return it can take up to 15 days for it to be processed. Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment. 

You will receive an email confirmation of refund once we have confirmed reception and condition of the articles.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we ask you to please return the piece concerned and re-order the item(s).
